 For this tutoring session with Dave,  I attempted another writing prompt with him. The writing prompt was: Tell me about your oldest memory. With this, I wanted to practice writing all in past tense. Keeping in mind how he answered my last writing prompt, I provided my own example answering the same prompt. I read it to him aloud, and then I asked him to start writing his. He would write his response outside of our shared google doc, so I was not able to see how he rights it out and why he takes so long to write a paragraph. Similar to our last writing prompt exercise, Dave took the until the end of class to write this paragraph. He did mention how it takes him a while to translate, and it made me realize that he is probably writing it in Korean first, and then translating it to English.
