        For my third class observation I observed Felicia Ciappetta’s speaking class. I really enjoyed observing this class because I got to help Ms. Ciappetta a little bit with her lesson. This was a low- intermediate level class, so she decided to have the students look at a map of FSU campus and they had to give directions. She sent the class into breakout rooms, so she split them in groups, and each group had a map and a list of questions on how to get to certain places on campus. She put me into one of the groups and had me administer the assignment, so I had to ask the students in my group how to get to the Stadium from Hecht House, for example. This was a great speaking exercise because the students were engaged and not only got to speak, but they also had a map for reference. Overall, I loved the lesson choice for the level and thought it was super fun and engaging for the students.
